Our Technology

The quality of our products is directly proportional to the care given to the preparation of the wood before processing, which is why we have left nothing to chance in this regard. We have almost fully automated the initial steps of semi-finished product preparation.

The quality of our products is proportional to the care given to the preparation of the wood before processing. Therefore, we have left nothing to chance in this regard and have almost fully automated the initial steps of semi-finished product preparation. We pay significant attention to the storage of products, semi-finished goods, and dried lumber, maintaining a constant temperature and humidity in the warehouse. This ensures minimal occurrence of cracks and internal stress in our products and reduces the percentage of complaints.

The storage of dried lumber is a crucial process in the woodworking industry, ensuring that the wood remains in excellent condition until its final use.

Wood from Our Region

The wood we use for manufacturing our products is sourced from carefully selected forests in our region.

All the wood we use comes from within a 50 km radius of our company. The wood we process is certified by PEFC.

Modern CNC Technology

We machine our products using the latest and highly productive CNC centers with high precision.

Thanks to advanced CAD/CAM technologies, we can easily customize products according to customer specifications and then manufacture them economically without costly investments in tooling.

About Planers

The entire process of manufacturing planers takes place on the PINIE premises and can last up to two years. It involves many steps, including precise drying and the actual production of the products. We dry the wood as naturally as possible, with the final stage of drying occurring in kiln chambers.

This slow drying process allows us to guarantee that our planers will not exhibit cracking, board warping, or similar issues associated with excessively rapid drying. In our production, we utilize various modern technologies.
